Guidelines on payments, cancellations, and refunds for services.
1. Service Nature
- Time-Based Services: Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web Development involve time and expertise which cannot be recovered once spent.
- Non-Refundable: Payments for setup fees or work already started are generally non-refundable.
2. Web Development
- Booking Amount: The initial deposit to book your slot is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
- Work in Progress: If you cancel mid-project, you must pay for the work completed up to that date.
- Full Refund: Allowed only if I am unable to start your project.
3. SEO & Marketing
- Monthly Cycle: SEO fees are paid monthly. No refunds for the current month once work has begun.
- 30-Day Notice: You must provide a 30-day notice to cancel recurring SEO services.
- Results: Refunds are not tied to Google Rankings (e.g., not hitting Rank #1), as algorithms are external.
Ad Budgets: Payments made to Google Ads or Facebook Ads are paid directly to them and cannot be refunded by us.
4. Third-Party Expenses
- Domains & Hosting: Costs for domains, hosting, or premium themes purchased for you are 100% non-refundable.
